How we use your personal data

Asunaro Holland Interplan B.V. may process your personal data with regard to the following purposes:

  • Entering appraisals, rental and purchase agreements;
  • Entering employment contracts;
  • Entering order confirmations.

For the above purposes, we may request the following personal information from you:

  • Name, address, domicile, e-mail address, telephone number(s), date of birth, place of birth, nationality, marital status, identity card or passport with number and validity date, employment agreement, salary slips.

Your citizen service number is not required. We request that you make this invisible before sending us a proof of identity.

Providing your personal data to others:

We may disclose your personal data to third parties insofar as reasonably necessary for the purposes mentioned above, and on the legal bases, set out in this policy. We may use third parties in case of notaries, colleague brokers, appraisers, tenants, landlords, building managers, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors. Your personal data will also go to Huurcheck Nederland for a tenant check.

The purchase agreements are usually forwarded to intermediaries and/or banks for the application for a mortgage at the request of the buyer and/or seller. We do not pass on personal data to other parties with whom we have not entered into a processor agreement. With these parties (processors), we make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data.

To whom are data provided:

Only employees of Asunaro Holland Interplan B.V., who need personal data to carry out their work, have direct access to your personal data.

If we also give a third party access to your data (after signing a processing agreement GDPR), we will only do so if we are certain that the third party only uses the data in a way and for a purpose that is related to the purpose for which we gained access to your personal data. In addition, this will only happen if it is in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Privacy Regulations of Association VBO Realtors and the applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

We do not provide data to parties which are located outside the EU.


We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 18) if written permission has been given by a parent, caretaker or legal representative.

How long will your personal data be saved:

Asunaro Holland Interplan B.V. does not store personal data longer that necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. The law dictates that we must keep proof of identity for a period of five years.

How do we secure data:

At Asunaro Holland Interplan B.V. we consider security of personal data as very important. We use various technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure or any other form of unlawful processing.

Asunaro Holland Interplan B.V. has an external system administrator for, among other things, placing the latest virus scanner.

Rights concerting your personal data:

You have the right to inspect, rectify or delete personal data which we have from you. You may also object to the processing of your personal data (or a part thereof) done by us or by one of our processors. Besides, you have the right to let us transfer the information provided by you, to yourself or to another party directly if desired.
